Any organisation, at its core, is a delicate architecture of human capital powered by reasoning systems. Any AI model that seeks to augment or improve the operations of an organisation needs to align and reflect its incumbent reasoning system, rather than attempt to create and replace it with a new foundation.
To do so, it must provide a comparable and ideally better mental of the world, rich with both data and identifiable contexts, in ways that both confirm and improve the incumbent model, framed in such a way as to improve human understanding.
